Smith’s Poly JF/FC — Semi-Rigid Joint Filler, Fast Cure

  • Heavy-duty — chemical resistant, flexible, tenacious bond
  • Fast cure — shave in 60 min, dry-grind in 2.5–3.5 hrs, forklift traffic in 14–18 hrs
  • Pourable, self-leveling 2-component filler for interior control or construction joints
  • 100% solids, low odor, low VOC
  • Protects joint edges from spalling under forklift, caster, and heavy traffic
  • Pour as deep as 5″ and 1.5″ wide in a single lift
  • Suppresses minor cracks from telegraphing
  • Resists aging and elasticity fatigue

  • Can be topcoated with thin-film polyaspartics and polyurethanes (under 8 mils) once hard
