Bush Hammer Tooling
Bush hammer tooling is the aggressive profiling tool for creating textured, slip-resistant, or "flamed" finishes on concrete, granite, and marble. It breaks down surfaces that standard diamond tooling can't touch, producing a heavy CSP 4–5 profile — ideal for anti-slip surfaces or a strong bonding profile before coatings and overlays. What Bush Hammers Are For
- Slip-resistant, anti-slip finishes on concrete, granite, and marble
- Heavy CSP 4–5 surface profiles for coating or overlay bonding
- Textured, "flamed" decorative finishes
- Profiling hard surfaces standard diamonds can't break down
Good to Know
- Not for coating removal — bush hammers profile and texture; they aren't for removing flexible coatings or most epoxies
- Run at low RPM — not recommended for high-rpm machines; keep at no more than 700 RPM
- Long-lasting — approximately 15,000 SF
