Concrete Cup Wheels

Diamond cup wheels turn a hand grinder into a concrete grinding and prep tool — cutting through coatings, high spots, and surface layers fast. We carry a full range of concrete cup wheels in different segment designs, sizes, and grits, so you can match the wheel to your machine and your job. Call and talk to a real surface-prep expert, not a call center.

Match the Wheel to Your Job

Cup wheels differ in three main ways — and getting the right combination matters:

  • Segment design — turbo (swept spiral), double row, single row, and more; the design affects how aggressively it cuts and how it clears debris
  • Size — commonly 5″ and 7″, to match your grinder
  • Grit — coarser grits (like 16) for aggressive removal, finer grits (like 30) for smoother prep
  • Mount — threaded (5/8″-11) or open hole; make sure it fits your machine's arbor

Not sure which combination fits your grinder and your job? That's exactly what we're here for — call and we'll match you to the right wheel.

Grind Safely

Grinding concrete releases harmful silica dust. Always pair your cup wheel with a dust shroud and a dust collector to capture the dust at the source and stay OSHA-compliant.
