Warranty Coverage

• Machines: 1-year warranty from the date of sale
• Variable speed drive: 2-year warranty from the date of sale
• Within the warranty period, Substrate Technology will replace any defective part at our own cost

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Wear items (parts that wear out through normal use)
• Abuse or neglect

How to Make a Warranty Claim

IMPORTANT NOTE:

When transporting P/M machines, it is mandatory to move all pocket weights to the head of the grinder, or off of the machine. Failure to do so will result in damage to the handle frame that is not covered under warranty.
