The Inland PCD Cup Wheel is built for one job and does it better than anything else: stripping tough coatings off concrete. Its polycrystalline diamond (PCD) segments shear away epoxy, glue, mastic, paint, thin-set, and elastomeric coatings that would gum up and clog an ordinary diamond wheel.
