The Lavina Quick Change Double Segment is genuine Lavina® diamond grinding tooling — double-segment metal-bond tooling built for Lavina’s Quick Change (QC) system. As OEM Lavina tooling, it’s made to fit and perform exactly as your Lavina grinder was designed for, sliding in and out with no bolting. The Single Round Prep Tool is a metal-bond diamond grinding tool built to fit imported planetary machines — so you can run quality STI tooling on your planetary grinder regardless of brand. Available in soft, medium, and hard bonds and a full range of grits, it grinds and preps concrete for coatings, overlays, or polishing.

Grit and concrete hardness required.
- Choose between one or two segments (buttons or bars) to control the speed and aggressiveness of the cut.
- Double button / bar tools are designed for heavier machines, and are not recommended for grinding machines smaller than 25 inches.
- Single button / bar tools are designed for lighter machines, or where aggressive stock removal is required.
- We recommend using single-segment diamond tools for the first step even with heavier machines for faster opening of the concrete.
