Why Replace Worn Liners?

Liners are sacrificial wear parts — they’re designed to wear out so the blast housing doesn’t. Once a liner wears through, the abrasive shot starts eating into the housing itself, which is a far more expensive repair. Replacing liners on schedule is the cheapest maintenance you can do on a shot blaster: a few wear parts instead of a housing.

Housing Liners vs. Reduction Liners

Two different liners for two different jobs:

• Housing Wear Liners (this product) — protect the inside of the blast housing from abrasive wear; replaceable wear parts
• Reduction Liners — narrow the blast path to 2″, 4″, or 6″ for line-stripe work
