How It Works

Sending us a machine is simple:

1. Call or email us with your contact info and a description of the problem
2. We issue you an RMA number to reference your repair
3. Ship your machine to us — we’ll tell you exactly where and how. Or if you’re local feel free to drop it off.
4. We diagnose it and send you an estimate — no work begins until you approve it
5. We repair it and ship it back, backed by our warranty

No surprises: you approve the estimate before we start, so you’re always in control of the cost.

Nationwide Service — Ship It to Us

We service nationwide. No matter where you are, you can ship your machine to our shop for repair — contractors send us equipment from all over the country. Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days once your machine is in our shop, unless a needed part isn’t immediately available — and we’ll let you know right away if that’s the case.

We stand behind our work: every repair we make is warrantied for one full year. When your machine comes back, you can put it right back to work with confidence.

Parts on Hand

We stock and sell parts for the most common machines we repair, so the fixes we see most often move fast. With the huge range of brands that come through our shop, we can’t stock everything — but if we don’t have a part on the shelf, we’ll source it.
