SPIN-1 Concrete Polishing Pads

The SPIN-1 Pad System polishes concrete faster and better than any other diamond buffing pad on the market and does the work in a fraction of the time when compared to large polishing machines.

Excellent for polish restoration and also buffing any guard products.

• SPIN-1 comes in five grits, run in sequence:
• #1 — most aggressive
• #2 — fine
• #3 — super fine
• #4 — polish
• #5 — buff

Depending on the floor and finish you want, you can run all five or just a few steps — but never reverse the order (always coarse to fine).

SPIN-1 is for new, smooth concrete — at least 4,000 PSI, 28+ days old, steel-troweled, and free of sealers or coatings. Rough or uneven floors reduce pad life and affect the finish. (Older, coated, or rough floor? You’ll want a grind-and-polish system instead — call and we’ll point you the right way.)

Important Tip

SPIN-1 is an aggressive polishing pad — keep the burnisher moving. Letting it dwell in one spot can leave swirl circles or expose aggregate.

What machine do I need? A mono-rotational high-speed burnisher running 1,000–3,000 RPM (an onboard water tank is handy for wet use).

Wet or dry? Both — but for wet use, keep a continuous film of water between the pad and the floor.

What concrete works? New, smooth, steel-troweled concrete free of coatings — not rough or old/coated floors.
