Diamond Systems for Concrete Grinders

Our diamond systems are curated sets of metal and resin-bonded diamond pads designed to take you through each step of mechanically polishing a concrete or terrazzo slab. Any of our diamond systems will work with our Prep/Master floor grinders to help you get optimal results.

Choosing the Right Diamond System

We have several diamond systems available, each with velcro-backed pads for easy change-out.

  • EGT Diamond System is a series of 8 green metal or resin-bonded pads designed for grinding and polishing dry concrete.
  • CLC Diamond System is a collection of 7 metal bond and resin bond tooling that is designed for grinding wet concrete while the polishing steps are run dry.
  • PLP Diamond System is a 9-piece system used for dry grinding and polishing with a planetary floor grinder.
  • TPS Diamond System is a coordinated metal and resin bonded system designed for wet grinding and polishing terrazzo.
  • MG2 Diamond System is for wet grinding and polishing marble and terrazzo and will fit most mono-rotational machines as well as Prep/Masters.

We also carry CASH pads and dots for light projects and to use with auto-scrubbers and floor burnishers to restore your concrete, terrazzo, and marble surfaces quickly and effectively.
